Casting 4 A Cure

I was recently reading the new issue of This Is Fly when I seen an ad in there for Casting 4 A Cure. I clicked on the image and it brought me to the sight so I started doing some research on it.

Casting 4 A Cure was created by Bill and Beth Farnum. They created this organization because their daughter Ella was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome. Rett syndrome is a rare genetic disorder that effects little girls. It effects their ability to speak, walk, eat, and even breathe easily. Bill and Beth have to have 24 hour care for their daughter.

So Bill came up with Casting 4 A Cure, which brings fly fishing and the help of finding a cure for Rett syndrome together. Tons of people show up to these events and have fun, learn about Rett syndrome, and fly fish. If you can't make it to any events you can also donate to this non-profit organization to help find a cure for this disease.

So go and check out Casting 4 A Cure and donate or go to the event on Aug 21- 24, 2014.
