The Meaning Of Pro Staff

   Pro staff is a position that everyone wants to be at. But a lot of people don't understand the word or position. Tons of people think that pro staff means that they are a professional at whatever is sponsoring them. For example I am on a pro staff team for QuicKbaits, Whiskey River Baits, and Ozark Custom Calls. but it doesn't mean I'm a professional at hunting and fishing.the word professional means that what ever you do to get paid meaning your job so in order to be a "professional" fisherman or hunter you need to get paid for what your doing. A pro staff is someone who "promotes" the product that sponsors you and in return you get free or discounted products. For example with QuicKbaits everything I get from them either baits or apparel I get a 20% discount on it. And Whiskey River Baits I get 50% off everything and Ozark Custom Calls I get discounted hand made calls also free one.
 
   Now different companies have different goals that every pro staffer has to meet like every time you make a video you have to wear some kind of apparel or mention their name or use a product. And the same goes for tournaments and even everyday things like going to the store or even going to school (like me). Also another one is how many bait shops or hunting shops can you get to sell that companies product and in return you get free or discounted products. So go a head get a sponsorship it helps you as a outdoors man and it also helps out your local,favorite, and any other companies that are wanting to put their names out to the public more. And remember that the "pro" in pro staff mean promotional not professional.
